About Us
Project Health Colorado is a growing group of organizations and individuals who are interested in discussing health care issues, learning more and standing together to make health care work better for Coloradans. By asking questions, getting straight answers and encouraging people across state to be part of the solution, our voices will make a difference in how decisions are made about health care. Project Health Colorado is funded by The Colorado Trust, a grantmaking foundation dedicated to achieving access to health for all Coloradans. Project Health Colorado builds on the work of 13 partners funded by The Trust to help foster the necessary awareness, understanding and, ultimately, support for the kind of changes that will help achieve access to health for all Coloradans. Additional funding for those partners is provided by the Colorado Health Foundation, whose vision is to make Colorado the healthiest state in the nation.
